ndoc Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Dasermo Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States ("ndoc", "we", "us"). By using ndoc you accept them; our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. If you use ndoc for an organization, you accept these terms for it and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not accept them, do not use ndoc.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use ndoc if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a person or entity named on a sanctions or restricted-party list kept by the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations. Checking that you may lawfully use ndoc is your responsibility. We may block access from places where we must do so to comply with these laws.

You are responsible for your account and all activity on it.

3. Organizations

If you use a workspace that an organization runs, its owners and administrators control access to it and may remove you or delete it and its content. Disputes about that are between you and the organization.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into ndoc. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and adapt it as needed to provide ndoc, including through our service providers. The license ends when the content is deleted from ndoc, except for backup copies and copies made under Section 5. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights needed to put it into ndoc and share it.

5. Sharing and copying

Anyone who can view content you share can copy it, and you grant them a license to do so. Removing access does not recall copies already made.

6. AI output

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use ndoc to:

You may connect an outside data source only if you are authorized to give ndoc that access.

8. Content moderation

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to ndoc at any time if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect ndoc or others. We may change or discontinue ndoc, and set limits on its use. Sections 4, 5, and 10 to 13 survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use ndoc after they take effect means you accept them.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, ndoc is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

12. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you use ndoc for a business or organization, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of ndoc, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes go exclusively to the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about ndoc. You may not transfer them without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
